The temporal structure of the recording is preserved (FIRTEC). The direct signal reaches the ear before the room can degrade it (NeXt). The mechanism that produces sound pressure carries no material signature of its own (Massless Membrane Principle).

Why we insist on the formula
Most high end audio describes everything and claims nothing. Products voice music differently. Reviewers reach for the vocabulary of wine and weather. Buyers are gently taught that reproduction is a matter of taste, like the choice between two colours. APANI regards that as a polite surrender. Reproduction is not creation. It has an original.
